Refund / Exchange
We will only refund full payment if the item is out of stock.
Strictly no cash refunds will be done unless the item is Out of Stock.
Stock list will be updated daily, however there might be some shortage of items at the point of payment. We apologised for any inconvenince caused.
Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock. Order discount will be calculated based on the total number of items purchased.

Self Collection: Defect item / wrong item / unsatisfied item photo must send us within 3 days after receive the products
Local Postage: Defect item / wrong item / unsatisfied item photo must send us within 7 days after we send out the parcel.
Overseas: Defect item / wrong item / unsatisfied item photo must send us within 3 days after receive the products
We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from buyer to Jobandshop).
Buyer are to ensure the incorrect or defected item(s) to reach our office.
Item must be in original condition..
